In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Departmental Council of Haute-Vienne (hereinafter referred to as DCHV) gives you information about how your personal data is being processed:
• Subject of requests: data processing is required to examine contact requests on the website of Châlucet-Ligoure and necessary to carry out a public interest mission (GDPR, article 6-e).
• Processed data: identification data. Such information is collected from contact form users. This on-line service (unless otherwise specified) must include collecting data required to process received files.
• Data collection does not include any automated decision making process.
• Data subjects: people who contact the DCHV about the site of Châlucet-Ligoure.
• Data recipients: depending on their respective needs, the following DCHV services receive all or part of data: development services.
• Data detention duration: data from contact forms is retained during the time required to process your request.
• Security: security measures are implemented according to the DCHV information systems security policy.
• Your rights regarding your data: you have the right to access and request a copy of your personal data, change and modify your data, or object to how we process your data, unless otherwise stipulated by a legislative provision. You are also entitled to restrict processing of your data.
